And I am not sure there are that many hate crimes prosecuted.
Khan may not be fulfilling his responsibility in overseeing the Met, but that is really what the majority are blaming him for.

so if they put say.. 5000 more police on the beat, the crime rate would go down, or would that be 5000 more just driving around, they need to be seen and id say armed american style, and not hampered by the human rights act, i remember when an officer would give you a clip round the ear.
