Serena Williams Cartoon, Unflattering Yes, But Racist?

Cartoons are not meant to be flattering, the cartoonist takes the most prominent features of their subject and exaggerates them and has always done so.

It is a strange world we live in, we accept a grotesque depiction of Serena Williams in a cartoon is acceptable but to have another person in the same cartoon having different coloured hair is considered racist.
