These people go out of their way to travel around the country in order to boost the local economy, and what thanks do they get? The bollards they uproot have to be replaced; the garbage they leave behind has to be removed; the damage that they do has to be repaired; and the items that they steal have to be replaced. These are just a few examples of how they create jobs and contribute positively to society. Some of my best friends are roamers, and they supply with really inexpensive cigarettes, booze, TVs, and other good stuff...So there!

I think a lot of open air concert attendees are under the misaprehension that their abandoned tents will be put to a good cause. They tend not to leave gas canisters, mattresses and old fridges in their wake either.

you can get them out within 48 h if you act .... and that is according to a (settled) traveller ! but it is all - I dont want to spend this and I dont want to spend that as they watch having their property razed ( much greater later expense)
