With less resources afforded to the police I would rather the Counter terrorism Dept spend money on those who have walked the walk and learnt bombmaking etc, and not a load of mouthy individuals who talk the talk, dress up in Nazi parathenalia, and have not ignited so much as a damp squid.
TALBOT, some folk may ask, "Aren't you driving to the party?" I and many others would ask, "Are you not driving to the party?"
ANOTHEOLDGIT thinks that Asian is used rather than Muslim. By that reasoning, are all the white folk not Christians? You may have expressed it as, "Aren't all the white folk Christian?"
White suspects accounted for 38 per cent of terror-related arrests, followed by those of Asian appearance on 37 per cent and black suspects on 9 per cent.
If you go by the above figures black people are proportionately more likely to be a terrorist. Not something I would have thought to be true.
I'm not quite sure what colour of skin or race has to do with terrorism figures, why even log it and mention it unless you have an agenda?
Islam is a religion, people of all races and colours worship under it, just like all races and religions can belong to left or right extremist groups that operate terror.
Seems we'll have to simplify our language for Lefty. (they're none too swift, you know)
Anyway, talking of Tibet, the Dalai Lama has a message for you all.
"Europe for the Europeans. Refugees go home".
"It could also mean that the security forces are spending more of their time seeking out white people than they are others."
Could mean anything, perhaps white terrorists ar easier to catch?
Like I say it is a nonsence statistic but what I am suspect of is the motive for releasing it. A terrorist is a terrist and all should be banged up or swing from a rope regardless of race or creed.
/// Are you not happy that white terrorists are being investigated, ANOTHEOLDGIT? ///
Don't talk ridiculous, I was just using the same tactics that others have used over the stop and searches, didn't they manage to get the stop and searches reduced in numbers?
