This completely pointless individual in May's totally incompetent government seems to think his job is not representing Scotland's interest to the UK Cabinet but rather acting as May's lickspittle spokesman in Scotland. I think he is probably the most disliked politician in Scotland, after Ruth Davidson.
Both these crawlers keep telling us that Scots do not want another independence referendum.
What absolute tosh... tell that to the marchers this weekend in Edinburgh or any of those demonstrating over the last few weeks.
Scotland voted decisively against leaving the EU. The overall UK tiny majority was decided by about 30% of those eligible to vote. This hardly qualifies as "the will of the people"
Watch this space as Brexit disaster dawns.

give England the vote next time then you'd win hands down mate!
David Mundell is part of a United Kingdom(important words those in this context) Government and is appointed Secretary of State for Scotland by an elected Conservative government responsible for decisions that are in the interest of the WHOLE of the UK. Now when the SNP hold their conference in a phone box, I am sure that there will be someone in attendance to demand concessions and special treatment for the fragile Scots. :))
In fairness he is an easily forgotten man, i always think he and Ruth Davidson look like twins :-)
Since the SNP now has more registered members than the Tories, they will need a fair few 'phone boxes.

//registered members//

Ahh registered members but not voters then?
Since the SNP don't put up candidates outwith Scotland, I'd be surprised if the SNP got more votes than the Tories.

Registered members don't vote? Lol .
The biggest turn out for an election in the UK. Those that didn’t vote. Tough you get what you didn’t bother to vote for. You don’t get a second chance because someone else has decided you should have bothered in the first place. If you had been that bothered either way you would have made an effort to spend five minutes voting.

Everyone was made aware of how important the vote was. Everyone had leaflets through the door. It was on TV almost daily. There were debates all over the country.

It was a UK vote, not a Regional one and everyone had an opportunity to vote and turnout was, I believe the highest on record.

When you fully understand that maybe you’ll realise the UK voted to leave.
The turnout for the referendum was 72.2% and there have been plenty higher turnouts since 1945.
//Registered members don't vote? Lol . //

No...….but unregistered ones do! Lol Lol Lol.
What's the connexion between the number of voters and the size of the conference?
//What's the connexion between the number of voters and the size of the conference?//sic.

Who mentioned a connection between numbers of voters and conference size??
You said the SNP conference would be held in a 'phone box. When I said they had more members than the Tories and would need a fair few 'phone boxes you then wrote about voters.

It never ceases to amaze me the number of people who post on Answer Bank and demonstrate a complete lack of knowledge or understanding of Scotland, its History or politics. (Togo)
Rich. Every day I'm delighted to take the cash handouts from England. :-)
