i would bet that there are others who say * the NHS when they screw up, which is often. But the majority of people i am sure don't say such a thing, because it isn't the right thing to do.

No, i would disagree. I think it is very important. Light hearted jokes about serious issues, to impress their mates? Their mates all being aspiring tories..
