neither would i. She forfeited her rights to be a British citizen to be honest, i would give her a one way ticket out of here, i wouldn't care where she goes.
douglas i don't see why, she was given ample opportunities, amazing as that fact is and has declined all of them, sorry but the council should tell her if she doesn't accept one then its nothing at all.
Has anyone on here actually said she is right?
It also looks like a judgement has been made //But Judge Jennifer Eady ruled her human rights were not violated. However, the woman was granted anonymity.//
I have seen programmes on TV where people are desperate for a home from the Council and will accept anything and there is NO WAY they can pick and choose, so why the hell can this person turn down SEVEN offers of a home ??? Not hard to realise why this country is a laughing stock at times ....
You're welcome, but as you have pointed out, your son is disabled so expert help is needed. The CAB might be a good place to start. As I indicated, landlords, of whatever hue, want their money, and as long as they see a prospect of getting that they are not going to upset the apple cart by evicting people. Tell your son not to worry and take advice.
