First of all, he's not a 'lad' he is an adult professional soldier - and it appears he did commit a further 'internal' offence - he posted on social media making an inappropriate comment, and it appears that those two actions, combined with his previous disciplinary record, were enough to have him dismissed.
//No, this was all carried out, to appease the Muslims once again //
If you rurally think that the Ministry Of Defence frames its disciplinary procedures around what they think will 'please' Muslims, then you have a lower opinion of them than I do!
No, this was all carried out, to appease the Muslims once again

Stop nit picking, it is still valid to call him a lad, just as it would to call a young female a girl, regardless of what career they choose to take on.
I also repeat my reference to child refugees, which conveniently you chose to ignore.

Pleased that you agree with me at last. :0)

It's not nit-picking - it's about respect and responbsibility.
If someone is a 'lad', he can be seen as imature and irresponsible, not much expetced of him, a certain amount of leeway given.
But a professional soldier is not a 'lad' he is an adult with the responsibilities and expectations of adult behaviour that his age and status require.
// I also repeat my reference to child refugees, which conveniently you chose to ignore. //
That is not comparable, but since you raise it, I have no truck with refugees pretending to be children, or authorities being complicit in that deception. If they are men - and they are in that instance - then they can be treated like men.

Perhaps that maybe your description, but it isn't mine, I served with many Lads, and they didn't fit your description in the least.
♫ So come on my LADS bless them

// spath, my sons muslim doc ignored his ailment a year ago that might have averted son being hospitalised since March. I have complained of reverse racism to the practise//
what he said - "I am a muslim and you are a christian so no hospital!"
surely he said there was nothing wrong with the young man when there was - which is nothing to do with religion but is a lot to do with poor medical practice - complain about that !

I understand that during the war, soldiers were probably referred to as 'lads' - but I believe that time has moved on, and we should be aware that modern professional soldiers are not 'lads' and are not expected to behave like 'lads' - they are expected to be responsible and aware of their status, and that their behaviour reflects on the army and on the MOD.
If that were not the case, the MOD would not be investigating and dismissing soldiers, they would be 'lads having a lark' - no harm done.
