I've always thought about this.. How to subject women to potentially a life time of sexual assault.

Why not have a prison for "trans/other" ? Male prison, female prison, and a prison for "other" ?? Or is that offensive to say?

The article says one "woman" sexually assaulted 4 inmates in the space of a month.. So they had to send "her" to the mens prison. 4 people attacked in the space of a month? That's horrific..

there's a converse argument to that. White identifies as female and is transitioning. legally White is (or soon will be) female. how can the authorities with all conscience place this person in a male prison?

It is total madness isn't It? What sort of bufoon would place a bloke with a history of sexual assault against women in a women's prison? A more cynical person than me might think it was done because respecting his right to be considered a woman trumped the rights of the women in the prison not to be assaulted by this aberration.

Karen White, 51, who was born male but now identifies as a woman, has pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual touching at New Hall Prison, Wakefield.

The offences took place between September and November last year. She has since been moved to a male prison

He is not a she it is a bloke in a cheap wig and a frock.
Previously jailed for abusing boys and rape.
He fooled the authorities when he had no intention of transitioning ( whatever the heck that means) so he could get into a female prison where he had access and opportunity to rape more women.

The women he attacked should be compensated by at least a million pounds each. Starting with sacking the idiots he conned into believing he was a woman, cancelling their pensions, etc.
