If the Ds put Hillary up again he'll walk it, she has too much baggage both regarding herself and also Bill.
It will be interesting to see how they get on in the mid-terms, I think they, Rs, could get a protest beating.
Key battleground for the Dems v Reps is the lower House of Representatives, as the Senate is almost certain to go to Republicans even if the Democrats win the popular vote by a hefty margin; only 33 seats are up for election this cycle, and the Democrats hold 27 of them currently. For that matter, even in the lower house, the Democrats might need to win the national vote by about 7 points just to break even in terms of seats. At the moment, there's basically a built-in advantage, then, for the Republican Party.
Being far from expert on American politics, it seems to me, that recalling the promises he made campaigning, he has kept them, continues to keep them, and is prevented from doing more by the American government system.
Am I right?
No, not really. One promise he made is that on day one he would immediately repeal and replace Obamacare. We're still waiting for that (thank goodness). We're also still -- sadly -- waiting for his action to fund Infrastructure.

Quite easy to find a host of other promises that Trump has made, and failed to keep, at least partly because on several topics Trump will have promised one thing and then pretty much promised the exact opposite thing the day after.

To be fair, Trump has also met a few targets he mentioned, although from my point of view they were promises he shouldn't have made, and shouldn't have kept once he made them. But, in general, he's generally more successful at appearing to do things than in actually doing them.
He promised to plug the 1300 mile gap in the the border with Mexico by building ‘a big beautiful wall’ that he would force Mexico to pay for. He has build exactly 2 miles (of fence not wall).
Is that chalked up as delivering on his promise?
Guaranteed to get another term - His supporters love his brashness and anti democratic agenda
"His supporters love his ...anti democratic agenda"

Sure. That's why they'll have the opportunity to vote him in again!
