Not from a UK POV but the EU requirements. Wouldn’t their 1st demand be the UK joins the Euro?

If we stayed we would have to adopt the euro and the Eu army and all the other things we have an op out of. We would have to further integrate and become a lesser state.
That is the way the EU is going and to be part of it means you eventually at least, have to go along with it regardless of what you think should happen.
Anyone who harbours the idea that we can continually use an opt out is deluded at best.

the potential vote that everyone keeps on about is supposedly on the final deal but we are unclear on what that means. I.e if rejected we leave with no deal? or if rejected we try and stay? if the latter we'll get shafted from ear holes to breakfast time. Yes, they'll demand we join their soft currency and probably a human sacrifice and we must all crawl on our knees and beg forgiveness from Juncket and co.
