What Clinton means is that the EUSSR must lie even more about the real levels of illegal entry into the pyramid scheme zone to deceive the indigenous people more effectively.

Notice that she isn't recommending actually cutting immigration...just sending signals that they plan to do so.
Clinton says freedom is burdensome. It’s hard getting up and taking responsibility for yourself and trying to make all these decisions.
