As he says, he is a QC, and an independent MEP with no political party allegiance, but most of all, he's read and analysed every 600 pages of the "deal", (and it stinks) which I wonder sometimes if May has, because she certainly doesn't seem to understand it.

The EU wrote it sniggering in the corner with Olly Robins. To make what she says appear truthful she demanded to mae amendment and inclusions. So they let her add ‘the’ and a couple of full stops.
