I can well imagine what the arresting officer had to say back at the nick after his day at court.
I would hope an appeal would be pushed forward by the prosecution with regard to this lenient sentence and questions should be considered as to the fitness to ajudicate by this dubious judge.

I have to be these days. I doubt I will get another chance on AB but rather than a soft biased judge I have to say that I wish this scrote had been acquainted with the crew of a passing ARV at the time of the incident.
A previous conviction of armed robbery with a knife apparently counts for nought with this judge so he should be put out of the public's harm for good.
