Why Aren't The Uk's Far-Right Thugs Rioting In London...

...as French activists are in Paris?
Is there a Brexiteers' demo tomorrow including Tommy Robinson? I dare say the mainstream media will be out there looking for a Nazi salute.
Given the passions the May deal have provoked you might expect some hot-heads getting a bit naughty.
VE prediction: no cars will be torched in London and no policemen will be injured.
What are the relative merits of these two forms of protest?

Rioting seems to produce results in France. Sad really as the example encourages others to try the same. We need authorities that listen to the will of the people, not manage/use/herd them. If this occurs then there is little worth protesting about.
Meanwhile it's a massive loss for a legitimate political party/pressure group to associate with well known folk who have loads of detrimental baggage from past activity. One can only hope that UKIP are not beyond restoration back to when they had just the legitimate political agenda. But if moderate UKIPpers get disgusted and leave, that becomes less likely. And that plays into the hands of the established main parties, who no longer have to take account of the independent voice of conscience.

I have a cousin who’s just returned to the UK after living there 20 years as he says the anti British feeling is becoming uncomfortable. I have another aquaintance who was caught up in the riots yesterday and tear gassed (photos of him on FB with swollen eyes etc) as the gates to his hotel were locked.
Looks like president Macroon has armoured vehicles helping him out.

The French politicos know from history that their charges will deal swiftly and ruthlessly with those who stand in the way of the will of the people.
It's what happens when republics replace monarchies.
We on the other hand are happy enough with a royal wedding now and again paired with the mistaken belief that a few transplanted Europeans living in massive houses are the only reason that tourists bother to come at all.

//...polygamy would best serve the needs of the children because the more caring emotionally stable adult role models a child has the better, surely?//
An interesting observation, Kvalidir. Your premise (on which your conclusion relies) is that a child of a man with four wives has (father apart) three extra "emotionally stable role models. Have I read you correctly?
PS: I must defer to your apparently first--hand experiences of polygamous relationships. Any of these polyandrous?
