In the referendum the majority of people in Wales voted to leave the EU, and yet the majority of welsh MPs are set upon voting to remain in the EU. Don't MPs follow the wishes of their constituents anymore?

Voting to reject the deal on offer isn't necessarily voting to remain in the EU, and voting to accept it isn't a vote to remain either.
No, why would they? People enter politics for personal agendas, not to help the will of the people, HAHAHAHA
No, I don’t think they do.
My area and my MP were pro brexit, but (before the vote was pulled) the MP’s website said he thought it was a deal that he could live with.

Look at Leadsom and Gove.
Both campaigned for leave, but both thought it was an acceptable deal.
Like most MP’s, their constituents come a very poor second to their own careers.

When are they due to vote on this?
No they don’t usually.

Look at Alana Soubry. Her constituents voted overwhelmingly to leave but Sourface talks with such disdain about Brexit voters she must surely be alienating the people who have the ability to vote her out... or perhaps she is just hoping the few people that agree with her will be enough??.
MPs are not delegates who blindly follow the wishes of their constituents but repesentatives entrusted to use their own discretion on matters.
When is this vote? Last week the Welsh parliament rejected the Deal to leave. Are they having another mini referendum amongst themselves?
Welsh MP may choose to represent their constituents' views but they certainly don't have to represent the opinion of a majority of the Welsh.
The referendum was about the nation as a whole. MP loyalty to the democratic decision in those circumstances is therefore to the nation's decision and individual constituencies play no part. Ergo all MPs should be backing a true exit.
/// Ergo all MPs should be backing a true exit. ///

No, only 52% of them.
MPs are elected to represent their constituency, and to fight, too, for what *they* think is in the best interests of the nation. If their only purpose is to parrot what the public say then one may as well do away with a Parliament altogether, and outsource all decisions to referendum.

individual constituencies play no part

the MP for Sunshine Haven was not elected by the constituents of Trumpington-upon-Backwater and owes them nothing whatever.
I can only repeat: what is the context in which these MOs are voting “to remain in the EU”?
The question is otherwise meaningless
All 100% of MPs owe the UK, and this was a UK decision.
All need to support genuine exit from the EU.
