Since the start of the "Yellow Vest" protests in France, have you noticed the price of petrol has dropped by 10p a litre on average? Coincidence or what?
The supermarkets announced a price war on petrol about 6 weeks ago, although I would guess that there must have been a reduction in wholesale prices which helped them slash prices. I don't see any connection with the events in France.
Traveling home on Wednesday I did notice all the speed cameras I passed in France were either covered with a yellow vest or burnt out ... I doubt that is a coincidence.
