I think that cassa333's post at 1819 make a lot of sense. Some reporter is giving their, perhaps biased, perhaps not, opinion and interpretation of just one side of a phone call. We don't know the tone and inflection of voice in which Trump was speaking, and more importantly we have absolutely no idea of what the boy at the other end of the conversation was asking or saying.

One of the many problems President Trump experiences, is the inability to make the appropriate adjustments for the vast range of people he now has to deal with.

In business, he is used to what comes into his brain coming out of his mouth, and everyone around nodding and doing what he says.

As President, this behavior no-longer works, and part of the complete unsuitability of this man to hold any political office whatever, is his inability to grasp that simple fact, and to make appropriate adjustments - because he is not capable of doing so.
