We tuned into this last night, and whilst the London eye was lit up blue and yellow, you can see from the video further below on the page, that it was all kinds of colours during the fireworks.
What will the Brextremists complain about next?
Ikea's colours?

But what did he intend to happen? Almost dedicating the event to the EU!! In fact I thinks he said it was.
When will the remainextremists get it into their heads that they are not the only ones who think they are right and understand that more people voted to leave than stay so more compromises should be on the remain side.
But that wouldn’t do would it. Remainextremists like to go on about the worst case scenario and not the likely effects.
Remainextremists should be shutting up and stop putting barriers up.

More than 200 thousand British people have applied for Irish passports. It would be interesting to know how many of them voted yes in the referendum - it wouldn't surprise me if a large portion of them had voted yes. If we have any reason left the people's vote on Brexit should be revisited now that we have a better idea of the effects on the country. After all that also would be democratic - don't know what the brexiteers are afraid of ? There is nothing wrong with a country admitting it made a mistake. Why would ordinary people think that Johnson, Rees-Mogg, and Farage et al have their best interests at heart?
i was 17 and couldn't vote to join the common market. Since then the country has had it's ability to govern removed in subsequent treaties. The EU is one big cartel and is only good for Germany and France. The UK has paid in to the expense of the working man whilst the bureaucratic elite has got rich. The only way the EU model can be sustainable is by mass immigration. Trouble is, there are a lot of people making their way to the EU for an easy western life. Not their fault it is the system however there will be some disingenuous people with them and the subsequent crime and disquiet will unleash the worst in humanity. Exiting the EU now will be the country's ultimate way of saving all what is available in the UK now. Freedom of speech and way of life as long it is in the realms of common decency.
Why are you conflating those who are requesting a “proper” Brexit (i.e. one which restores the UK Parliament’s control over our money, borders, laws and trade) with extremism, sp? Most uncalled for.
“More than 200 thousand British people have applied for Irish passports.”
The best thing they could have done. They are clearly eager to remain a citizen of an EU nation so that’s the best route for them. Ireland seems eager to give away a free passport with every packet of cornflakes so everybody is happy.

“Yes” to what? Remain or Leave were the options on my ballot paper.

People wanting to return to halcyon days of yore which never were!
