Rumours of a General Election on 28th February. Could be fun.

They report that four of them have named 28th February as a possible date. This could move fast.

A general election presupposes a successful vote of no confidence, doesn't? No Tory remainer without an overwhelming majority at the moment would sacrifice his personal interests to the public good.

...and of course a general election would - by default -give us government by Chavez and Maduro (May have got the names, but not the economic policies confused).

I think with a different, (Brexiteer), leader, an election would be a walk in the park for the Tories.
Corbyn has disgraced himself so often.
And that from me, a lifelong Labour supporter.

There isn't enough soap in the world that would allow me to vote Tory, but I don't think I could vote for the current Labour party either.

If I get an email asking whether I am still to be considered for poll station duties I will know. Ready and willing. I will automatically qualify for a postal vote so they will need to move PDQ.

I would love to see a general election just for the entertainment value, of seeing the gob on Corbyn and Abbott when the red turns blue, or bluer as in UKIP.
