Triple Baby Killer May Go To Open Prison

Simon Smith was jailed in 1996 for killing his own three babies. Mr Justice McKinnon told him he would be failing in his duty if he did not recommend that in this case a life sentence should mean life. However, The Parole Board has now said Smith was "suitable" for the move, which would prepare him for possible release.

No secret YMB, I used to be another user. I've been trying to avoid a banned user who has now sadly rejoined yet again, so I wont be around very much because tbh I'm not playing her games, I have nicer things to do than spar on the internet with a nutter like her.
It's a real shame because this is a great site but I can't see how Ed and her team can do anything to prevent her endlessly rejoining every time she's banned under a different name.
