Just seen that he has died of cancer, aged just 57. He was very funny. Sad loss.

Very sad, a funny man - RIP Jeremy.
Never heard of him, but r.i.p. just the same.
I didn't know his age... wow. May he RIP. I always remember him most fondly on a Kids TV show called 'Helping Henry' in the late eighties doing the voice of an alien disguised as a dining room chair.
Read this a bit earlier. Vaguely remember him on Mock the Week. No age is it? RIP Jeremy.
Funny man, RIP Jeremy
Very sad, 57 is no age.
Always funny, clever with it but never smug.
Will be missed.

RIP
A stalwart of 'I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue' amongst other things; great satirical comedian as well; one of my favourites.
Rest in peace Jeremy.

Utterly brilliant.
And this:

Being a big Slackbladder fan I'd actually forgot he appeared in that.
He was so funny. He was on the News Quiz too I think. He had a different slant on things which was brilliant. Such a young age to die. So sad.
And now just released 'Clive Swift' also.
Clive Swift, another great actor - RIP.
82 isn't bad and not knowing who he were apart from the odd occasion at Mums seeing 'keeping up appearances' I'd have no idea.... May he rest in peace.
Crikey
Never heard of Jeremy Hardy or Clive Swift. May be I am out and about too much.
Oh well RIP. Too young
Its easy to track down the skidmarks of a zimmer.
Oh, another good one gone - RIP Clive.
Arksided
Tyre adhesion marks poleeeese.
I've never heard of Jeremy Hardy, but I just googled Clive Swift - and I do know him. He's Mrs Bucket's husband, Richard. Ahhhh.
