How do we feel about this case? Obviously the man committed an act of paedophilia, but is he to blame, and should he be punished when he had no clue of the girls real age, as she said she was 19?
Could the man claim entrapment? Not that the girl wanted the man to be caught...

Even the judge said "She told him she was 19 years of age rather than her true age and he reasonably believed the victim to be older than she was.'". It appears that was a reasonable assumption from someone who has seen her.
He was not deliberately looking for someone underage and I really believe that all the furore around it and questioning from her parents, police and Social workers would probably have been more traumatic for the girl than just the actual act.
Not sure who they are actually helping here.
