I don't think there's any discussion to eb had about this when the article clearly states

The charity rescue boat should've dropped the rescued folk safely off in Libya. No wonder they had their boat confiscated. If they can't do charitable work properly they should pass the baton to someone who can.

You would think so Douglas but having lived by the coast most of my life and having been a member of the boating fraternity I can assure you that a fair bit of dim wittedness is also involved.

People just dont understand the power of water, in particular rivers and the sea.

Except ag many are economic migrants, they want it to be better but it isnt necessarily bad or dangerous. In addition there are those that are sold (because it happens) that the UK is the land of free house, benefits and health care.
