It's a shame Daesh doesn't eliminate all the other unwanted dregs that left our country for 'a better life' Saves the tax payer a bundle of legal fees etc etc.

I guess that depends if you equate the value of a human life to money saved by the exchequer.

I know you do, you know I don't.

Good riddance.
I must admit, although I'm anti death penalty etc etc etc this doesn't bother me at all. If you lie down with dogs, you rise with fleas, he made poor choices in his alleigances.

Oh I value human life.I know I have saved quite a few. I don’t know if you have A-H.
I do know that the members of Daesh have murdered innocent men ,women and children and taking the moral high ground does not save lives but if it makes you feel superior be my guest.
One less headache you say but there's one big collective migraine in the Conservative Party right now...

What's that got to do with the OP?
if they were right and he was a British spy..

I can find nothing human or humane about being a member of an organisation that crucifies and beheads, burns alive, buries alive ,drowns, teaches 6 yr old kids to shoot prisoners in the back of the head, and any other monstrous abominations that a perverted imagination can muster to innocent people.
What value,A-H, did this man and his motley associates put on human life? The ability to inflict as much pain and terror as they possibly could.

Of course jno. I bet Shemima Begun had wished she had dreamt that little 'get out of Gaol card' first in order to facilitate her crawl back to the UK.
Perhaps he was a British spy, but I really, really, really doubt it. Now do I doubt it because I don't want him to have been a spy? Anyway, there is a lingering possibility of him being so isn't there...We'll probably never know.
Yep, one less to deal with.
the refugees are fleeing the hail of death and bombs awaiting them at Baghuz
into the waiting arms of the journos -

Osama bin Bieber looked like one of your kids retro - and traipsed out there, full of ... something. Almost immediately an impt brit got zeroed beside him ( not Beatle John nor Biggie van schlongen (Shameemas hubby) but impt anyway). So they pulled out his finger nails and he said OK it was me .... and then they chased him around a cell and videod someone cutting his head off.
( shades of the Countess of Salisbury 1501 - tales of being chased around the scaffold with the headsman taking wild swings at her)

and yeah I kinda thought - if the police had done their job for once this wouldnt have happened.

I also wondered if those MI5 boys wivva sense of humour had spread a rumour to those gullible freedom fighters and let justice take its course
a la steak-knife - scappaticci frolic in Northern Ireland. See the film 50 dead men walking starring Ben Kingsley

to make that plain - you put it around x is a spy when he isnt

I mean god if they pull your finger nails out,
you confess to anything innit?
sanmac
such sanity is NOT wanted on such a thread as this !
Countess of Salisbury was 1541 Pete #justsayin'

Love Cali Pedant lol ;-)
thank you calicogirl
I am glad someone was watching

la contessa was Reginald Cardinal Poles mum
and last of the plantagenet heirs

Long times article on osama bin bieber
young people make mistakes
you go to the wrong uni and go down
or take the wrong job and resign
but you sign up for ISIS and shouldna
and you get imprisoned, tortured and perhaps buried alive ....

this also happened in SA with dissident freedom fighter and the Madiba - the only difference being ..... the madiba won

Absolutely none, but trying to value a human life over and above financial savings is not a matter of 'taking the moral high ground', nor does it make me 'feel superior'.

I am simply aware that if we start viewing human life as disposable because it saves money, we are taking a step down the road that leads us to value the lives of strangers in the way that terrorists do - which is not highly enough for a society to call itself civilised.
