A Pointless exercise.
Khandro posted a video about the case, albeit as just one post in some other thread. My first impression is that the legal case simply isn't there, as it point-blank ignores various aspects of the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018 regarding Exit Day.

Still, by all means let him bring the case and test the argument in court.
For once I think we are in agreement in a Brexit debate jim :-)

I'd be more impressed if they put the United Kingdom first; but good luck to them.
Fetch me my smelling salts, ymb :P
well delicious it would be but I doubt that parliament/Government have made a school girl error in the legality of the procedure they followed.
Well they sort of already did once when trying to notify under A50 in the first place.
Yes you did make those arguments, Jim. I read the passages of the Bill as you mentioned but I did not think they held much water. It's my view that the PM's handshake with the EU leaders (to extend the A50 period) was "ultra vires" in that she did not, at that time, have the authority to make such an agreement. She retrospectively sought Parliament's agreement by means of the Statutory Instrument. I imagine it will be that which weighs more heavily on M'Learned Friends' decision. It's a bit like retrospective planning permission - very rarely do courts order buildings or extensions to be torn down.
Is Robin Tilbrook related to Glenn Tilbrook?
I fear their attempt may be “up the junction” but of course they are perfectly free to have a go.
I don't intend to repeat that debate from before, NJ, but I do want to stress that I'm always pleased to discuss legal matters with you -- definitely I'm still on a steep learning curve about all of this. I will be interested to see the judgement in the matter, if there is one.
