I wonder, even if the Brexit Party were to “win” the European elections, how that would bring about his version of Brexit? It won’t lead to us crashing out of the EU. The only way that looks like happening is if we refused to hold elections at all. That is maybe what he should be lobbying for.
The way it’s looking at the moment the European elections are shaping up to be a single issue affair, almost a second referendum. But with the difference that this time there will be at least one highly organised motivated and well backed party standing up for our membership.
