His trial, if he decides to have one, has been set to be heard at the local KFC. The jury is to be chosen from the late night visitors from the kebab house in the adjoining alley(just behind the crack den). Legal aid has been granted to the defendant, and all other participants will be expected to finance their own transport, accommodation, and pay for use of the KFC "facilities" whilst in attendance. M&S LBGT sandwiches will be provided for the vegan and transitioning jury members, but hot drinks and meals will be off the menu in the name of elf and safety. Any sentence imposed will be subject to EUSSR rulings and a hostel in Sweden has been cleared and made empty in anticipation of the obviously misunderstood,
careless, unfortunate, and ultimately admirable McCann to be housed and educated at his own leisure. The costs for this exercise in EUSSR mind speak, will be tripled, doubled, and then have 3 X 000s added to the sum then presented to the British public with the time honoured sign that is causing so much consternation on a tandem thread.
The Comedy Club beckons.
Has someone held up the 'Laugh Now' sign?
Should have left him in a cell indefinitely and let him decide when he was fit and ready to appear in court.

I'm sure that would have helped to get over his illness.

Should, have sent Baldric and Retro in there, they would have soon sorted him out,?
Ahh. My "followers" have contributed. :))

Perhaps he should have been tried and sentenced in his absence, his defence unheard.

Absolutely. Tried in absentia. Happened before.
Some sick creatures such as this should be denied any human rights as it’s behaviour is inhuman. I hope he has a fortunate accident very soon.
what is wrong with a bit of satire ?
I enjoyed it

as for //Perhaps he should have been tried and sentenced in his absence, his defence unheard.//
1) well he isnt really absent is he? but hey ho this is AB
2) they do in absentia abroad ( yeah in forrin, Ni, think of that) and there are obvious and repeated difficulties

I am not sure we have got the whole story
//I am not sure we have got the whole story //

I'm sure you haven't. ;o)
// Absolutely. Tried in absentia. Happened before.//

oh come on - I know this is AB, but .....
Tried in absentia. Happened before.
when the defendant absconds half way froo the trial

being in a cell in Belmarsh is hardly 'absconding' in anyone's book

[fifty ickle AB hands are raised in protest - saying that even if you have chained someone to a bed or a radiator, it is a clear case of absconding]
//I am not sure we have got the whole story //
I'm sure you haven't. ;o)

I'm sure you haven't too Nigh. ;o)... ;o)
//they do "in absentia" abroad//

Best place for it. Wouldn't want it here, would we?
OK PP
Adjourned 'Sine Die' until he chooses to present himself in front of a Magistrate meanwhile kept in custody.

For PP's benefit. Without a day fixed. That means rot in Belmarsh if that is what he wants to do.
