E U Parliament Elections
The Brexit Party will win the majority of seats, UKIP will disappear.
The LibDems will get all the Remainer votes and come a good second - beating Labour in London.
The Labour Party will have a bad day coming a distant third, and the Tory Party will be virtually annihilated.
Don’t think Tommy Robinson will get elected, despite all the free publicity.
Have I missed anything ?

/// Robinson is a candidate in my area, so I got his leaflet through my door.
It does not mention his numerous convicts for football hooliganism, violent attacks, mortgage fraud and contempt of court.
But it does mention other peoples convictions such as Muslim groomer gangs. ///
And rightly so, surely even you would consider their crimes to be much worse than anything that Tommy Robinson has committed.
As regards him mentioning his past crimes in his election leaflet, did Tony Blair mention anything of his alleged war crimes in his?

Jeremy Corbyn's ambivalence on Brexit has meant his supporters are backing other sides — leaving easy pickings for the Lib Dems and for Nigel Farage. Katy Balls writing in today's Spectator says she met Farage at a rally in Dudley, choc full of defecting Labour members: ‘Labour are in so much trouble here, you can’t believe it,’ he told her '
danny //He was a member of the EDL classed as a far-right Islamaphobic organisation.//
Classed by whom & when? He wasn't simply a member, he founded it! and it wasn't started on an "islamaphobic" agenda. Many racists and bigots joined it though, at which point Tommy left.

Classed as a far-right Islamaphobic organisation by whom?
But then I suppose that most such groups, are lumbered with such accusations, by the Left, the media and establishment.
That is any organised group or any member of the general public who are truly concerned over the rise of Islam in this country.
Wasn't even the police scared for years over taking action against the Muslim grooming gangs, for fear of being accused of institutional racist, all while hundreds of young white girls were having their lives ruined by these evil men.

How it works in GB is the party or individual who gets most votes elects their No 1 (or only) candidate.
Their vote is divided by two and the next highest elects their No 1 (or No 2 if it’s the same party).
That process is repeated dividing by 3, 4 etc until the required no of MEPs have been elected.
In N Ireland they use a version of Single Transferable vote, where you can vote for more than one candidate. That is a fantastically complicated system which involves multiple recounts.

/// Ideologically on the extreme-right or far-right of British politics, the EDL is part of the international counter-jihad movement. Officially, it presents itself as being opposed to Islamism, Islamic extremism, and jihadism, ///
Surely one can't argue against that?

Just toddled round the corner to vote and was amazed. I saw one elderly couple in there and just me.It's a beautiful day here and surely not all the residents of the London Borough of Sutton are at work.Quite a large proportion of elderly pensioners in the ward I live in. As I walked back I was hoping that was not representative of other Polling stations. I live in a strong Lib/Dem area as well.
