Drivers are only human, they aren't autonomons capable of all seeing and noting. Cyclists are the issue for choosing to take the risk, then they blame others if they get a problem.

What my thoughts can be regarding this news? It's really awkward and weird. We're getting mad with every year passing, tbh. I thought that riding a bike is such a nice hobby, but if you're naked, it's kinda fetish already, lol.
Btw, when it comes to bikes, I have bad luck with them, they're always breaking down, unfortunately. The last break-down I've got is not working flashlights. Thank God, I did manage to order an additional pair of https://www.amazon.com/Vont-Rechargeable-Illumination-Resistant-Accessories/dp/B078TB9TMK for my previous bike. I fixed this problem really quickly, however, I'm looking forward to either meet a naked riding guy or another boring break-down:)
