Some people are so arrogant they think the law is above them or they wont get caught.

With all these ANPR cameras and equipped Police cars these days theres little chance of not getting caught.

...... this echoes my thoughts exactly .... but I still wonder whether there's also an element of stupidity with this case, given the fact that he'd already been caught before .....

ZM - fair enough, you did mention that maybe the guy thought he was above the law (and yea you managed to get the words in the right order); but you made no mention of the fact that the chances of them getting away with it, are now greatly reduced, due to ANPR ... which is why I awarded BA to Darcey.
