That's a reasonable way to view it, I suppose. And it serves to counteract the xenophobic myth that these attacks are mainly the work of unhinged Muslims. Given his previous, and the trauma he suffered in recent attack, there's a real possibility that this guy will decide to do his own drive over a London bridge mowing down strangers and then leaping out and stabbing random diners.

As a matter of fact, I went through all the articles that my Google search listed, looking for some left-wing spin, something that would pour scorn on him and this story (like you did) but there weren't any.

I also protested at the content which was wrong to Mark Rowley and he said it was meant to be like that. In 2019 Mark received a very well deserved knighthood. and is still advising on Britains anti terrorist policy
