I don't know whether any of you have heard on the news today that Scotland now has the biggest drugs problem in Europe . Glasgow in particular. It is reaching epidemic levels and the Scottish government are asking Westminster for urgent help. Not long ago Glasgow was hailed as the city that had overcome its knife/gun problem.

Do you seriously think that these savage killers want more police on the streets or wish to go along to youth centres, so as to play a game of pool, or perhaps pop along to the local centre, so as to listen to lectures on the evils of drugs and knife crime or even join Scout groups?
