Not quite, it's only the temporary interdict that has been denied.

The full hearing has been brought forward from Friday to this Tuesday.
How does one halt a future plan that by definition has not started ?

By the time it's due the full verdict will have been delivered anyway, and hopefully those who brought the case charged with wasting the court's time (although I'm not holding my breath).
Parliament is due to be prorogue no earlier than Monday 9th September and no later than Thursday 12th September. The full case was originally due to be heard on Friday 6th September.

As that would have given little time to present both sides and deliver the verdict, a temporary interdict was requested.

If granted, the interdict would have prevent the prorogation until the full decision had been delivered.

The Court of Session refused the interdict but brought the full case forward to this Tuesday. That would then allow enough time before next Monday which would have been the earliest date for the prorogation.
