/// London Mayor Sadiq Khan has reignited his long-running feud with President Donald Trump and mocked him for playing golf as Hurricane Dorian moves dangerously close to the United States. ///

Does this idiot expect Trump to sit in a Canute fashion at the waters edge, demanding Hurricane Dorian to go away from the United States?

Perhaps this so called 'Mayor of London' should be addressing the huge numbers of murders taking place in his own city.

//Trump normally doesn’t have much sympathy for the victims of hurricanes. //

What makes you say that? I recall Bush jnr getting stick.
Sorry KEN, didn't see your post.

ANOTHEOLDGIT, as you said to me the other day,

"Just reporting the facts, as always.

They may not be the facts that you like but still facts."
"Moreover, why some are so keen to collect it?"

Yes why would someone want to monitor the presidents activities? Oh yeah it's a standard thing to be done!

/// Would you rather they were 10% higher? ///

I'd rather there not be any at all, at least then it would stop the likes of you coming up with excuses for these brutal stabbings, but of course this is mainly a black community problem, one of their problems some wish not to be mentioned.
"Possibly a sand wedge Togo."

Is that not bare racist?
Lest those who criticise Trump forget what happens to a POTUS who shows indifference to a Hurricane and goes on holiday instead. Trump obviously hadn't forgotten this.

// And I also know that the same ABers would still bury their heads in the sand and pretend it's not happening.//

and todays example is dear sweet reasonable AOG who thinks a 10% drop is the same as zero ? - just saying

// That’s quite pathetic actually. Don’t you ever wonder who’s keeping tally and publishing this information – and why?// ni again - hi ni still at it?

because it relates to what they do and not what they say
Stanley Baldwin (*) - most things are unimportant and almost nothing is very important (1930s) - his policey of appeasement led us into war

Harold (supermac) MacmIllan (*) - being prime minister allows you to read novels in the garden at Downing st ( oops, suez, winds of change (*))

Callaghan (*) what do you think of the crisis Prime Minister
Crisis? what crisis?

all show by their words how their ratings that they were close to hopelessly incompetent is valid

(*) who he den/ what dat den? or bofe

//Is that not bare racist?//

Spath
Are you one who bandies the racist word about at the drop of a hat without understanding it's meaning?
Have you never heard of a sand wedge?
// Trump obviously hadn't forgotten this. // ( about Bush)

the problem with Bush is that he wanted a second term because that is what presidents did - not because he was a god president - - he wasnt

and that may be said for trump
( no no says Ni - Trump is very good - - for himself ! yay!)
that is my point Ni
ANOTHEOLDGIT, as I said, they are the facts but what are the "excuses" that I, not anyone else, have given?
"Have you never heard of a sand wedge?"

I know why Togo used the term "Driver".I want to know your pun behind the "Sand wedge" comment opposed to a pitching wedge or a 7 iron?
//Harold (supermac) MacmIllan (*) - being prime minister allows you to read novels in the garden at Downing st ( oops, suez, winds of change //

PP
Are you suggesting Macmillan was P.M. during the suez crisis.?
I think it was Sir Anthony Eden who handed in his resignation over it.
Macmillan took over from Eden.
Spath
Take your pick. Sand Wedges. I thought you knew about golf . You started a thread on cheating at it not long since.

/// ANOTHEOLDGIT, as I said, they are the facts but what are the "excuses" that I, not anyone else, have given? ///

They may be facts, that I am not disputing, but you are making excuses for the high number of killings, simply by saying "well they are not as bad as last year".
retrocop - // Changed your tune rather. Often when you rant about POTUS you claim he never was or is a politician. //

Leaving aside the fact that I don't 'rant' - my attitude to the President is that he is a 'politician' in the narrow sense of the term, because he is elected to government office, but when I refer to him as not actually being a politician in the wider sense, it is because he confirms on a daily basis that he has not the slightest grasp of how political systems actually work.

I hope that clears up any confusion.
Retro If he hits him with a sandwich it cannot have ham or pork in it.
//I hope that clears up any confusion//

Thanks for your effort but it doesn't hide the fact that you are contradicting what you have said about Trump earlier imo.
As for rants. We will have to agree to differ on that count.
I and others on AB have witnessed your rants time and time again on the subject of POTOUS and the mere mention of Tommy Robinson really gets you going.
Onwards and Upwards as you say. Mustn't divert the thread.
It's your constant focus on London murders, you don't bother thinking are the rates higher or lower than the UK as a whole.

Do you even care?
Retro, still.. Driver makes sense.. Because His dad was a buss driver.

Why would sand wedge have any relevance at all to Khan?
