Slightly in favour of remaining.

It would be funny if the rest of the mainstream parties agree to not contest Bercows seat. And Tory grandees, May, Hammond, Churchill’s Grandson, and others supported Bercows campaign.
It's generally a convention not to stand against the Speaker. I can't say I blame the Tories for breaking that convention -- but it could be yet another remarkable and fierce battle in the coming election.
Wrong Jim, Buckinghamshire was split into 2 areas for the referendum:
South Bucks and (Bercow's area) Aylesbury Vale. Both areas voted to leave. S. Bucks 50.7 leave, 49.3 remain, Aylesbury Vale 50.5 leave, 49.5 remain
As someone living in Buckingham (Bercow's constituency)we are effectively disenfranchised. As a custom, major parties do not put up candidates against the speaker, but effectively the Speaker gives up his party allegiance to remain impartial, therefore we loose his party political positioning and voting. Buckingham is a Tory stronghold but without a party MP. I for one would welcome contenders for the seat. Set new rules for the speaker and protecting his position rather than disenfranchising the constituency voters
I'm happy to be corrected Milvus but I was using, among others, this source for my claim that Bercow's constituency voted remain:

http://democraticdashboard.com/constituency/buckingham

https://medium.com/@chrishanretty/ward-level-results-from-the-eu-referendum-b9df8dd29c98#.3cv6x3ura

They're both estimates -- and in both cases it's narrow -- so perhaps it did slightly go the other way after all.
Shall we just get some facts straight - Bercow is MP for Buckingham (my constituency so I've been disenfranchised since goodness knows when) and Liddington is MP for Aylesbury. South Bucks is a whole different area.
To-day we have the vote for control.
Yesterday, Sturgeon finds yet another justification for IndyRef.
And to-morrow morning we shall have what to do after voting.
But to-day, to-day we have naming of parts.
Japonica glistens like coral in all of the neighbouring
gardens,
And to-day we have naming of parts.
And a democratic disaster

Apologies to Henry Reed
As regards the question of how Bercow's constituency voted, perhaps the confusion is that in Milvus' figures he is also including results for Milton Keynes North and South alongside Bercow's constituency of Buckingham? It's difficult to get a precise figure because votes weren't sorted by constituency, but with MK South going 53% to Leave and MK North only just to Remain I can see how the whole of Aylesbury Vale might split in favour of Leave. But as far as I can see, Buckingham Constituency itself has been calculated to have voted (just) in favour of remain. Again, see my links from earlier.

These are strange times.
The term of a Speaker is at her Majesty’s discretion. The Government cannot sack him, (though they can put pressure on him to retire). Bercow does not look like he wants to retire. The Junta occupying Downing Street do not look live they want to give him a Peerage (the usual carrot to encourage a Speaker to voluntarily retire).

There is a convention that the main parties do not contest the Speakers’ seat, thereby ensuring he will always be re-elected. It is assumed that the convention is adhered to by the Opposition parties. It is a measure of how dysfunctional the current Government is, that they are planning to select a Conservative candidate to fight the Speaker in the next election.
Bercow can stand as ‘The Speaker seeking re-election’ .

All highly irregular, as Jacob Rees Mogg might say.
The odious little toad is a disgrace to the office and has brought the position into disrepute...unfortunately he cant be sacked...somehow he needs to be got rid of though
// As a custom, major parties do not put up candidates against the speaker, but effectively the Speaker gives up his party allegiance to remain impartial,//

Bercow has failed blatantly on that score many times. The preening bufoon loves the sound of his own stupid voice. Be gone with you.
