Yes Bobbisox. I guess the cut and run merchant has accumalated a few titles begining with A's. Almost ryhmes with rissoles. :-)
being a girlie swot myself - A levels at 16 - but I didnt go 'up' as I thought I was too young

I was thinking along the same road as retro - but in a less butch and more girlie way - - - and wondered if Boris would be . was gonna be the Last Etonian prime minister
OK for a latin quote but cant really run a country....
During Wednesday's PMQs, he appeared to shout across to Corbyn "Call an election, you great big girl's blouse"

The England cricketers should be using him to improve their sledging.
It's not even a classy insult. Why not revive the classics? "Cameron is a modest man with much to be modest about." etc.

Or, "An empty car pulled up at Number Ten and David Cameron got out "

Name calling is par for the course. How many times have you called your boss or a coworker a nob or some other salty name? But it is only now in the public domain for political mileage.

It doesn’t matter which party it comes from, this sort of hit job is not good.

And tbh if all they can find is this or similar then they haven’t got a huge amount of mileage and will stutter to a grinding halt pretty soon.
how manhy times have i called my master and controller a hopeless nob ?

there real issue or problem is whether he IS a nob
a lot of the times - he had been

Boris only wants to be PM and does give a toss about what he does
He knows Cameron. I don't. Maybe he is a girly swot.
Entitled pot of toss calls other entitled pot of toss a feeble name.

Normal folk lose lunch.
I suppose it was almost inevitable that people who support Johnson would excuse or explain away this, but it still doesn't come across well. Also this was an official document, commented on during an official decision, from the guy who's leader of the country. What's the problem with thinking that maybe, just maybe, the person in charge of the country should, you know, have a bit of decency and good manners for a change?
I mean, I get the point that cassa's making, I should add: I've been rude about plenty of people in my life. But I'm also just some rando, rather than the guy making actually important decisions.
//just maybe, the person in charge of the country should, you know, have a bit of decency and good manners for a change? //

Given the several recent incumbents, you could have left 'decency’ out – something alien to each and every one. Off with his head, I say! How very dare he?!!!
I mean, that's why I added "for a change", no? I don't think we should set perfect standards for anyone, that's impossible to achieve, but there's still something fairly pathetic about one PM describing his predecessor-but-one in such terms, on an official document -- and there's something perverse about a world where there's more pushback over calling for better decorum from a PM than there is about his use of childish insults.
If Boris had called DC a Pig bothering ***, I'd have respected him more.
Funny how some things are so indignantly deemed right ………and some so disingenuously deemed wrong… but, that said, frankly I don’t really care what he said about Cameron. Night all.
It's low on my list of things to care about too, to be fair, but it's still frustrating, if you like, to see it somehow dismissed as banter. At least roll your eyes at how infantile it is.

Dwarfed in significance anyway by the idea that Parliament sitting in September at all is dismissed as a "rigmarole".
