If someone wanted to be a firefighter that bad, the fact there aren't many women on the squad or job would not be a deterrent. You must want to be a firefighter pretty badly to become one it's not the kind of job you decide to do it because there are others like you.. you want to do it because you want to help, you want to save lifes and because you care.

If a lack of genitalia will affect that then sorry, but you're not qualified. A serious job requires serious people. Someone deciding if they can or can't be a firefighter cus of fireman sam being a male and not a female should probably stay out of it.
