Ms Millar should be more circumspect in her comments. She (and others) seem to think that racism and xenophobia only began in the UK on June 24th 2016. I haven't actually seen any evidence of Mr Johnson whipping up hatred against foreigners or anybody else for that matter. All he is doing is taking a robust line against those who seek to frustrate Brexit by any means at their disposal. Nothing wrong with that. MPs were elected to implement Brexit, not to deny or frustrate it.
//...she's the cause of most of the problems.//
Need to be a bit careful, Tora. Were it not for the efforts of Ms Miller and her mates, Parliament would have had no say over the conditions of our departure. Had it not, Mrs May would have agreed her deal with the Euromaniacs (probably adding a few tens of billions to our leaving bill and adding a few more clauses of acquiescence as well) and simply signed on the dotted line over port and cigars.
