The first election "blurb" has just landed on my mat via the postman. It's from the Libdems - how brilliant to be the first off the mark. All power to them - Boris the Bigot had better watch out.

Watch out for who ? Corbyn the clown.
Did it include the word "***"?
Begins with 'b' has two 'l's in the middle and ends with 's'.
I'm going to file that under 'things that never happened'. Put a picture of it on here and I will, of course, apologise.

NJ - I would expect someone with your alleged qualification to have a more extensive command of the English language.
Sheesh I thought the females were biatches

Spicerack - I'm not bothering to go off and scan, save, attach etc but the headline on said blurb reads "A better future for Britain" with the sub-heading "Jo Swinson: Britain's next Prime minister". So you'd better believe the blurb exists even if the claim is slightly far-fetched.
// even if the claim is slightly far-fetched.//
Slightly understated.

I have a fairly good command of English, thanks diddly. And I don't know what "alleged qualifications" you speak of because I've never mentioned on here that I have any at all (apart from perhaps mentioning my 'O' Levels now and again when education is discussed).

I asked the question because "B**ll*cks to Brexit" has become the Lib non-Dems slogan when Brexit is debated. Those of them who were elected to the European Parliament a few months ago wore T-shirts displaying such a sentiment when they first attended the Parliament. I wondered if they had carried it over into their manifesto commitments and mentioned it in their pamphlet.
who are the lib dems? are they a political party?
Who cares about the no Dems. I’m more interested to know how the TIGGY WIGGY group will fare.

Having abandoned their constituents for independence (sounds very Brexit doesn’t it) they now face them proper.

Don't be too sure danny. This election will be all about Brexit and with non-democratic, unthinking Leavers like diddlydo around who can see no farther than that, the Lib Non-Dems could be the ruin of this already battered country. How anyone could be lauding them is beyond me. Idiots all.
I'm still struggling with the Dem part of their name, obviously it cannot be short for "democrat" - demography? demographic, demijohn? Demisec?
Don't be too sure. My gut feeling is that the LDs are in for a shock.

If all the right-wingers on this site (that's a majority it seems) had obeyed the right-wing David Cameron's request and voted "Remain", there would have been no need for many threads on here.
Naomi //Leavers like diddlydo//
I thought he was a hard remainer?
gawd elp us TSVI has piped up!
Question Author
Naomi can't even type what she means. Just to set the record straight, I'm a very, very firm remainer. And I'm not a "he".
Sorry, danny, my mistake. Maybe I was thinking she'd left her brains somewhere. :o)
