Boris Blocks Publication Of Report Into Russian Interference In Referendum
A Report by the Intelligence Committee into Russian money influencing the EU Referendum was completed early last month, and given to the Prime Minister in mid October. It was due to be published this week, but Boris has now delayed it until after the General Election.

This is important. We should be told the truth now, not after the election. Looks suspiciously like they are suppressing the Report because the public might vote differently if they have all the facts.

Those wanting out tended to be those knowledgeable of the situation prior to the EU and since, and made their own decision based on that. The only group at risk of persuasion were those with less experience and contemplating remain; and that option lost anyway.
I don't know the official reasons to delay, and it seems poor form, but I don't see how any delay can be a problem for the general election.

// Alexander Temerko, who forged a career at the top of the Russian arms industry and had connections at the highest levels of the Kremlin, has been an influential figure in British politics. He’s one of the Conservative Party’s major donors. He counts Boris Johnson, the frontrunner to be Britain’s next PM, among his friends.
Temerko has gifted more than £1 million to the Conservatives since he gained British citizenship in 2011, electoral finance records show - a significant amount by UK standards.
Temerko said he’d joined an unsuccessful attempt led by members of a group of hardline Conservative MPs, the European Research Group, to remove Theresa May as leader in December 2018.
Temerko described how, at the beginning of Johnson’s tenure as Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018, they would often “plot” late into the evening over a bottle of wine on the balcony of Johnson’s office at parliament in Westminster. //

This report has just been debated in the HOC. The official reason for the delay is that the report (500 pages) was received by the government from the Select Committee an need to be on 17th October and needs to be scrutinised by the government. Due to the election there would not be enough time to properly do this.
