....that twice as many men have walked on the moon than the number of Labour prime ministers?
Could there possibly be a reason for that?

in 120 years there have been 6 Labour PMs that has got to tell us something.
how long has there been a Labour party though?
As I have pointed out on previous threads, the Labour Party has strong form in choosing unelectable leaders -

Michael Foot, Neil Kinnock, Ed Milliband, and now Jeremy Corbyn.

None of them are within a country mile of a personality and persona that appeals to a majority, and add in their increasingly barmy policy offerings, their chances just get further away from reality with each day that passes.
Erm, is it because there was someone walking on the moon every so often during a very short time span? 1969 - 72.

emmie, 1899, hence the "120 years".
I didn't realise they had been around that long..

in the same period there have been 15 Tory PMs, does that help?
as been pointed out some of their leaders have been less than prepossessing.
"As I have pointed out on previous threads, the Labour Party has strong form in choosing unelectable leaders -

Don't forget Gordon Brown!
Why is this in "News" - surely History would be more appropriate.
Bearing in mid that three of those tories were Heath, Cameron and May I wouldn't be crowing too much.

or maybe the inconvenient truth section diddly?
they have all had their share of dud's.
Or an irrelevant bit of trivia.

just doing the stats doug, the Labour 6 ain't much to shout about either me old china. Atlee is the only one I have any respect for.
I'm hoping there's a prize for this. 2nd guess. Is it 'cos the Conservatives change their leader every time the wind changes direction?
Bit unfair of you TTT to measure Labour's performance from the date of their origin. A time when the Libs and Cons were the two main parties, alternating at taking charge of the country. Labour won their first 'Championship' title in 1924.
Question Author
ok ken, let's add up the number of years in office in the same period shall we? oh hang on!
