England spends the rest on Scotland's behalf whereever they choose HS2 and such ..... over spends by 5 billion or so a year and then assigns that debt to Scotland... so i'm sure scotland could do rather well with up to an extra 30 billion a year !
all of this DOES NOT include oil revenues !
SO yeah this is a FACT

Cobblers ... just cobblers.
This is a proper INDEPENDENT assessment of the fiscal issues surrounding Scotland and the UK :
Scotland has been heavily subsidised by the rest of the UK for the last 20 years at least - £15 billion in 2015/2016 :

INDEPENDENT assessment ???
Full Fact was started by 2 Tory Donors and members and both former presidents of the Junior Tory members club.... also based in London.... so NO NOT INDEPENDENT
Also why are people so scared to allow Scotland to have the vote if Scotland is SUCH a burden on the UK ???
This is a government that wont subsidise a third child or a spare bedroom but will do it for an entire Nation ???
Go Read the McCrone Report - plus the entire west coast of scotland is also full of Oil its been tested and discovered ( look that up too ) but not mined as the Submarines need to navigate those waters, but they will be moving to England soon enough .....

As usual - if you don't like the message then just shoot the messenger. Everything in the 'fullfact' report is from properly verified (usually Government) sources.
I love Scotland, and I like (by and large) the Scots. I have no wish to change the current fiscal balance - it's manageable and worthwhile whilst Scotland is in the UK.
I also recognise that Scotland is fully entitled to decide to leave the UK - although I'd rather it didn't - but if it does go, then all bets are off on subsidy and I'm afraid my (not very funny) jibe of "Greece without the Sunshine" will be all too true.

This is a useful source document - produced by Nicola Sturgeon'sown Government.
I refer you to page six for the 'net fiscal balance' - showing the scale of the annual deficits :
