As a constituent in Bercow's constituency I never voted for him. But.....I have to say that he was an excellent constituency MP. I had a face to face serious conversation with him re education and he was very sympathetic and well-informed. Fact.

It seems like the Media are searching for a stand in for the Queens speech on Xmas Day, in case she can't make it . two names put forward so far, Bercow and Bobbisox .
