Far left leaning Democrat voters and to a degree just Democrat voters in general want Trump impeached because they have been fed a diet of ever increasing screams of how bad Trump is. If you take away all the bias negative coverage you get a whole pile of nothing.
No collusion (except for the DNC and Clinton campaign in 2016). That one was two and a half to three years of screaming from the MSM. Ukraine quid pro quo that didn’t happen but Democrat Joe Biden boasted he used QPQ.
Bias reporting of ANYTHING Trump said to flip it and make it about the opposite of what he said or negative reporting on what he didn’t say. Negative reporting on jobs, economy, world affairs, North Korea, China, climate change, NATO. You name it and they negatively reported it. I think it has been widely reported that Bloomberg who owns CNN said he will not investigate Democrats but will report negatively on Trump.
So anyone who carry’s on saying Trump is bad simply because they listen to MSM reporting is not listening to reality.
The fact the far left are basically the only Democrats in the race for president (and that includes Joe Biden, he is just hiding it at the moment) will not do them any service because the bulk of most any nation are not fanatics or fanatical about anything. They want to gee sensible policies that create opportunity and wealth.
Most of them understand free stuff has to be paid for and you can’t squeeze the lemon till the pips squeak.
Oh and something I read the other day was that the Democrats have tried to impeach the last (I think) 10 republican presidents or have said they are an illegitimate president.

People are mostly smarter than politicians think.

The only thing wrong with that statement is the word "last". there have though been six (at least) which have gone as far as issuing Articles of impeachment, but many more where the process has been under consideration & endless hours wasted in useless discussion.

The impeachment of Nixon was by Republicans and Democrats.
There was never any attempt to impeach Ford.
Impeachment articles were issued to Reagan and Bush senior by lone Democrats, but were not supported by the Democratic Party and never had any serious prospect of resulting in impeachment.
The attempted impeachment of Bush Jr was also supported by some Republicans, but he left office before anything could happen.
