The two incidents are not comparable.
Corbyn was complaining about the service and was saying Labour would improve things.
Thunberg merely said the train was overcrowded. More of an observation than a criticism. And in a follow up tweet, acknowledged that full trains are a good thing in terms of the environment.

But why was she taking a train in the first place,why wasnt she walking or cycling.Doesnt she know that even eco-trains use mineral oils and lubrication and mineral based hydraulic fluids?Seems she wants the rest of us to give up our travel arrangements while she does what she pleases.
