Well I guess it's fair enough they should put their view forward - everyone is entitled to do that. It's just the way this lot do it that is the problem.

One only consults those who have shown themselves worthy of such respect. A party flatly refusing to support their nation, even in the face of a public vote to do so, do not have the appearance of a group that one would even want to give consideration to, of their views.

I'm sure close relationships with everyone is marvellous, but subject to not being controlled by anyone. No doubt the various trade negotiations will find the right balance. Working together with those willing to agree a win/win arrangement; and disappointing any who think all must jump to their tune, regardless.
