New 50P Coin
Has anyone actually received one of these in their change today?
I'm still waiting to see one of the alphabet 10p coins.

Funny thing happened at work today.
An old bloke gave me a Paddington 50p in his change to pay and I said, oh this is a special one do you want to keep it.
He rather grumpily said No I don’t, I think we will be desperate to rejoin in a few years.
Me being me, looked at him and smiled and said I absolutely and completely disagree with you and we will never return. And then I simply walked away.
I don’t think I was his favourite server today.

You may find one in your change but I doubt it. Anyone with any sense would put it to one side!
The royal mint has been flooded (metaphor) and no one will receive theirs until the mint can supply to the order.
Anyone ordering from Westminster Collection (Max 9 per household) will receive theirs after the 13th.
It seemed, it garuntee the coin it was worth going to westminster collection. To get the coin sooner it was best to go via the mint, although there were queues for the website (and they were slightly more expensive!)
