Good Morning Early Birds!

Wednesday. The sky is clear and for the first time in weeks there is no wind! Wonderful. :o} I just hope it's warmer too.
I might get the running around done in sunshine. Too much to hope that it will be hot! Yer wee man on the idiot box is just saying no rain here today, but not too warm either. Such is life.

not too bad, though these weird dreams are still plaguing me, wake me up and then the dream fades,,

Not good emmie. Even it is a good alarm clock.

the dream alarm is waking me at 2, 4, sometimes earlier, it's getting tiresome...still i can have zzzz's later on if need be..

they make me heavy headed for a time, then soon as i have a coffee i am awake...

never mind, i managed to get out yesterday for the first time in a week, got my nephews and a friends birthday cards, so that was a least a little walk.. not that it's far but better than nothing i guess...

Better than nothing indeed emmie. When it warms up a bit more you'll be able to go and sit in the park or something.

Just collect the paper as usual, a wee bit of shoplifting, after that no idea, I'll have to have a look on the calendar, if it's on there, it gets done, if it's not, it doesn't :o}

Well, after going through everything in th recyclables wheelie bin and, reluctantly, everything in the 'yukkie' non-recyclables wheelie bin I found the lost key - in Mrs Arrods' coat pocket. I'll forgive her - one day.

Chastening though was that I realised how much wine we consumed in the last fortnight - and Mrs Arrods has been on antibiotics, so she's been off the alcohol!

Morning all, awful nights sleep, been awake since 3am and what should have been a sleep of relief, our dear friend underwent a 7 hour op for bowel cancer , last night he was sitting up in his hospital bed eating digestive biscuits, yet I woke with a terrible feeling of foreboding and butterflies in my tummy and couldn’t get back to sleep,as you know I’m an 8-9 hours a night person , this isn’t good :0(
