Not really a question- just an observation.
I've always had a feeling, totally unfounded I know, that Russia could be behind this or at least spreading fear and misinformation across the rest of the world. It certainly seems to have a very low incidence itself, although whether we can trust their data is another issue

Think Fiction has been watching too many 007 films.
"However there are some who say pro Russian sources are spreading fear and misinformation about this"

Definitely: speading paranoia, panic and discontent is almost part of the Russian media job description. They piggy back on controversial issues to try to exacerbate people's fears.
A classic case was the MMR vaccine, where conspiracy theories were propagated to get people to doubt its value. While meanwhile in Russia itself the vaccine was never doubted!
Those darned Russians. I’m watching a Russian made film at the moment. There’s no doubts that they have a different mindset to our own.
I thought I was in Russia when I walked into the supermarket yesterday. :0)
Absolutely, teacake. Just back from nearest Tesco: no eggs, milk, tinned goods or toilet paper, and people picking through what they did have like it was the aftermath of some nuclear catastrophe. Lidl and Aldi a bit better, though.
One way or another the Chinese are at the bottom of all this. The Ruskies are just doing their usual propaganda BS.

How many people will continue to buy Chinese products if they can help it?
China and their disgusting habits started the virus, not Russia. Unless they planted the virus in that bat someone ate at the chinese market.
